Vision
Our vision is to help kids grow closer to Jesus step by step.  One step at a time through a lesson, song, prayer, thought, or an act of kindness we help lead them closer to the One who loves them so much.

Mission
Our mission is to accomplish this through our Christian example and teaching.  We follow, as Peter instructed the early churches, several basic Christian steps.  We use the acrostic S.T.E.P. to help us teach and stay focused.

S - Sing Praises - Psalms 100:2 “Worship the Lord with gladness; come before Him with joyful songs.”
T - Teach the Bible - 2 Timothy 3:16 “All scripture is God breathed and useful for teaching…”
E - Eagerly Give of our time, talents & treasures. - 2 Corinthians 9:7 “God loves a cheerful giver.”
P - Pray (As a foundation of personal relationship to God.) - 1 Thessalonians 5:17 “Pray continually.”

Goal
Our goal is to reach and teach as many kids as possible, applying the following 4 principles:

1. Help each child grow in Christian knowledge through a variety of activities, rather than just listening.
2. Put into practice:  praying, praising, giving and serving God.
3. Practice what we learn by service to others at home, church, community and world missions.
4. Foster Christian fellowship (Our focus of this goal is to allow the children to develop a love for God and others.)
5. To keep this ministry engaging by changing the theme and environment every 10 weeks.

There are two handouts: 
1. Monthly Outline – So you can follow along with us.  On the back of this sheet is your memory verse outline. 
2. Weekly Handout – for you to use to teach more about our lesson at home.
