Life Groups give adults a place to build real relationships, grow spiritually, and walk through life together with honesty and support. Whether you’re exploring faith or have followed Jesus for years, joining a Life Group creates space for meaningful conversation, prayer, and encouragement, helping you stay connected, grounded, and growing as you live out your faith week by week.
Women's Ministry
The Sonlight Women’s Ministry is a place for women of all ages and seasons to connect, grow, and encourage one another as we follow Jesus together. Whether through Bible studies, events, or just sharing life, our heart is to build genuine friendships and create space for women to be seen, supported, and strengthened in their faith. No matter where you are on your journey, you belong here, and we would love to walk alongside you.

Men's Ministry
Men’s Ministry at Sonlight exists to help men grow in faith, character, and authentic brotherhood. It’s a place to build real relationships, be encouraged, and pursue a deeper walk with Christ alongside other men who are committed to living with purpose and integrity. Through groups, gatherings, and shared experiences, men are supported in becoming the leaders, servants, and disciples God has called them to be, strengthening their faith and impact at home, at church, and in the community.
